Job summary

Gexpro Services seeks a Program Manager to lead customer relationships and manage end-to-end supply chain programs in Livermore, CA. The role emphasizes strategic account management, on-time delivery, and cost-saving initiatives for high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or two years of relevant customer-facing experience in supply chain.
• Ability to lead customer business reviews and present on topics like delivery, trends and inventory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, targeted customer service approaches to exceed annual sales quotas and margins for assigned accounts.
• Cultivate long-term relationships by understanding needs, objectives and pain points to manage the supply chain.
• Monitor and manage inventory programs (ILM, VMI, consignment) to improve fulfillment and reduce risks.
• Provide account management support (order entry, pricing, information, status) and coordinate strategic obligations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve escalations and drive process improvements.
• Present to senior stakeholders and participate in quarterly business reviews as needed.
