You will own day-to-day delivery, draft executive messages, newsletters, alerts, intranet content, and multi-week campaigns, while shaping communications strategy and governance in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial judgment for executive communications.
• Ability to translate cyber, technology risk, and resilience topics into clear messaging.
• Experience managing end-to-end communications workflows with governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across senior leaders and SMEs.
• Comfort with metrics, post-send reviews, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and planning for CDRR communications portfolio, calendars, and approvals.
• Own content lifecycle from intake to distribution across channels and formats.
• Draft executive messages, organizational announcements, and newsletters.
• Drive firmwide and technology communications, including threat awareness campaigns.
• Governance, templates, runbooks, and audit-ready approval trails.
