The role emphasizes consulting and advisory mindsets over pure project management, with collaboration across sales, delivery, and leadership to build scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 6 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or technology transformation.
• Ability to structure complex business problems into clear, actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with multiple stakeholders and experts.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to address technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure complex challenges related to enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, and compliance.
• Lead advisory workstreams from discovery through recommendations and execution planning.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and other leaders.
• Translate business and technology risks into priorities, roadmaps, and practical execution plans.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, assessments, recommendations, and client deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
