Newsletter Jobs in New York is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Lead to own day-to-day delivery of CDRR communications and translate cyber, data risk, and resilience topics into clear messages for employees and senior leaders. This 12+ months contract is largely onsite with three days at the NY office.

You will manage editorial calendars, draft executive communications, and ensure quality across newsletters, alerts, and intranet content while coordinating with SMEs and steeholders on

Qualifications

Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial judgment for executive comms.
Translate cyber, data risk, and resilience topics into clear messages.
Manage multiple stakeholder reviews and approvals with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end content lifecycle from intake to distribution.
Draft and edit executive communications and leadership memos.
Produce newsletters, alerts, intranet posts, and campaigns.
Maintain audit trails, approvals, and distribution records.
Coordinate Open Forums, town halls, and engagement events.
Track metrics and drive continuous improvement in communications.
