Job summary

System One is seeking a Technology Communications Lead to translate complex technology and cybersecurity updates into concise, business-focused narratives for senior executives in a regulated financial services environment.

You will craft executive presentations, dashboards, and talking points, collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams, and support governance meetings with clear messaging and visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications and reporting.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Strong data visualization and dashboard experience.
• Experience communicating cybersecurity, AI, or cloud initiatives to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive ready presentations, briefings, reports, talking points, and other communications for AI, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives.
• Translate technical updates, risks, dependencies, milestones, and program outcomes into clear messaging for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations, executive dashboards, process flows, timelines, conceptual graphics, and other visual communications.
• Support executive governance meetings, steering committees, operating reviews, and recurring reporting cycles.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, cloud, technology, operations, and program teams to gather information and identify the most important messages and insights.
• Develop clear narratives and communication frameworks that improve the consistency and effectiveness of executive reporting.
• Provide communications support for technology initiatives operating in AWS heavy cloud environments.
• Manage multiple deliverables and produce accurate, polished materials under tight deadlines.
