Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking a talented Recruiter in Los Angeles to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, attracting top talent to support rapid growth in robotics, consumer electronics, and AI-enabled technologies.

You will drive proactive sourcing, engage candidates through multiple channels, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search, agency, or corporate recruiting environments.
• Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using recruiting platforms.
• Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, or consumer electronics is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for robotics, electronics, and engineering roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and develop recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
