UNKNOWN is seeking a Technology Recruiter in New York to lead full-cycle sourcing and screening for engineering and product roles. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and manage high-volume requisitions in Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 6+ years in-house or agency recruitment with tech and financial services exposure.
• Experience screening resumes and recommending candidates to hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting across Technology including engineers, data science, and product.
• Fast-paced, collaborative mindset with initiative.
• Ability to screen and introduce strong profiles to lead recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer close.
• Manage high volumes of requisitions and applicant flow in Greenhouse.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline with strategic sourcing and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to meet team needs.
• Stay current on industry trends and improve talent acquisition practices.
• Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting efforts.
