Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Senior Associate Recruiter to support Strategy, Corporate Development and Corporate Responsibility.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines, advise on hiring decisions, and partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business goals. You will source across channels, manage requisitions, present candidates to hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while driving data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in-house or agency
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent across multiple channels and for a variety of skillsets
• Strong client management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a first-class candidate experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to present recruiting activity to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and escalations appropriately
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a broader team

Responsibilities

• Qualify new requisitions, ensuring details are accurate and job descriptions align with global guidance
• Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers; advise on recruitment processes, controls, and policies
• Map talent proactively; build, curate, and manage candidate pools; operate as a market specialist
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates across multiple channels, partnering with sourcing as needed
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Partner with interview scheduling to coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication; share feedback and disposition candidates in real time
• Act as a subject matter expert; influence decisions and manage hiring manager and candidate expectations effectively
• Conduct pre-offer calls; own offer negotiation and end-to-end offer management
• Liaise with hiring managers, HR, and Compensation to secure appropriate offer approvals
• Present recruiting updates to senior client groups and manage escalations effectively
