• Experience supporting cybersecurity roles.
• Strong passive talent sourcing and ability to sell opportunities.
• Expert name generation and networking skills.
• Experience with compensation negotiations.
• Direct sourcing tools like social media and advanced searches.
• Interpersonal skills across all levels and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of requisitions at executive director and below levels.
• Structure and negotiate offers with hires and managers.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely communication and stakeholder partnership.
• Conduct compensation conversations to close offers.
• Provide market data to support client needs.
• Source qualified candidates through diverse channels and manage end-to-end process.
• Present candidates to managers and refine recruiting strategy.
• Educate candidates on career growth, benefits and compensation philosophy.
• Utilize ATS and maintain data integrity.
