Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago seeks a Senior Associate Recruiter to drive full‑cycle recruiting for Strategy, Corporate Development, and Corporate Responsibility. You will partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals and deliver high‑quality hires that strengthen our culture.

You will manage sourcing, assessments, and offers while building proactive pipelines for near and long‑term needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a recruiter in‑house or agency.
Experience sourcing and pipelining talent across multiple channels.
Strong client management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience presenting recruiting activity to senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage client expectations and escalations.

Responsibilities

Qualify new requisitions and align job descriptions with global guidance.
Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers; advise on processes and policies.
Map talent proactively; build, curate, and manage candidate pools.
Source and pipeline qualified candidates across multiple channels.
Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams.
Deliver timely candidate updates and feedback; disposition candidates in real time.
Influence decisions and handle expectations for hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct pre‑offer calls; own offer negotiation and end‑to‑end management.
Liaise with HR and Compensation to secure offer approvals.
Present recruiting updates to senior client groups and manage escalations.
