Job summary

Evlo AI in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned program manager to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and design, owning plans, dependencies, and timelines for complex initiatives.

You will run release programs, coordinate platform migrations, manage launch readiness, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs as processes scale.

Qualifications

• 4- to 8-years of program or technical product management experience.
• Led multi-quarter programs with 10+ cross-functional contributors.
• Fluency with agile development practices and tools.
• Strong written communication for executive audiences.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, release pipelines, and architecture tradeoffs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent.
• Bonus: PMP or CSM; SQL or data analytics for program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plans for multi-team initiatives (platform migrations, product launches, infrastructure rollouts).
• Run cross-functional ceremonies—planning, standups, reviews, retros—driving decisions when scope or timeline is disputed.
• Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting for leadership; surface risks and tradeoffs early.
• Coordinate launch readiness: manage checklists, go/no-go reviews, and rollout plans before release.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks across engineering and product teams; document workflows as programs scale.
• Manage program budgets, vendor coordination, and resource allocation across priorities.
• Partner with engineering leads to sequence work, negotiate scope, and protect delivery dates.
