Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise team in San Francisco. You will lead the technical strategy and execution behind enterprise products and shared platform capabilities, driving secure, scalable AI workflows for organizations.

You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, influence architectural direction across full-stack products, APIs, integrations, and platform systems, and balance delivery with long-term platform quality and responsible deployment.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex technical programs for enterprise software or AI systems.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity, governance requirements.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable priorities and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Drive technical strategy and execution for enterprise product initiatives, from design through launch and rollout.
Influence architectural direction across full-stack products, APIs, integrations, and platform systems.
Translate enterprise customer requirements into actionable product priorities across security, identity, data access, and deployment readiness.
Represent the needs of enterprise buyers, IT admins, security teams, and end users in decisions.
Coordinate enterprise launch readiness, including security and operational requirements.
