Job summary

RTS in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Director, Platform Product to lead the Evo Tech Platform strategy, roadmaps, and execution from concept to launch and beyond.

You will translate user and business needs into clear priorities, align stakeholders, and drive delivery with external technology partners. This is hands-on leadership, not an engineering manager, and residency in the Greater LA/SF/Las Vegas area is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience leading complex digital products or platforms.
• Experience at Director/Senior Director level or equivalent senior product leadership.
• Proven ability to translate business/User needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong track-record delivering initiatives with external technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the platform initiative.
• Translate business goals and user needs into measurable outcomes and product priorities.
• Define scope, prioritize features, and balance UX, value, timing, and cost.
• Lead discovery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Manage external partner relationships and delivery expectations with clarity.
• Lead launches and post-launch improvements using data and feedback.
