Job summary

TENEX.AI, an AI-native MDR provider, is seeking a business-oriented Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team in Overland Park, KS. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will manage a wide range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters essential to our technology platforms.

Your responsibilities include drafting and negotiating customer and vendor agreements (MSAs, SaaS, DPAs), assisting with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and supporting the development of internal legal playbooks

Qualifications

• JD required and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 5-8 years of legal experience.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating customer and vendor agreements (MSAs, SaaS, DPAs).
• Assist with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Support development of internal legal playbooks and training resources.
