Job summary

The role requires 5-8 years of legal experience, a JD from a U.S. law school, and active bar membership. Experience in technology or cybersecurity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of legal experience, including law firm or in-house.
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements.
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial contracting (SaaS, MSAs, DPAs).
• Assist data protection and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Procurement teams.
• Maintain contract templates and day-to-day legal operations.
