Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience; bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You drive strategy and design systems across a complex organization.
- Experience applying AI to HR processes with responsible use and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior technology leaders to assess organizational health and translate insights into actions.
- Own and drive cross-functional people initiatives across the Technology organization.
- Advise and coach engineering managers on performance management and career development.
- Design and facilitate development programs for people managers and individual contributors in technical roles.
