Jobbeschreibung

  • We are looking for a People Success Director to serve as a strategic HR partner to our Technology organization, working closely with senior tech leaders to drive people initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and team effectiveness at scale
  • In this role, you will shape and execute our people strategy within a fast-moving, technically complex environment - translating business and product priorities into talent, development, and organizational health programs that create lasting impact
  • You will bring both the strategic perspective to influence senior leaders and the hands-on capability to drive complex work from concept through execution
  • Partner with senior technology leaders to assess organizational health, analyze trends in performance, attrition, and engagement, and translate insights into actionable people strategies
  • Own and drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives - including talent assessment, succession planning, retention, compensation planning, and leadership development - from design through delivery across the Technology organization
  • Advise and coach engineering and tech managers and employees on performance management, career development, and organizational effectiveness, applying sound judgment on sensitive and ambiguous situations
  • Design and facilitate development programs for people managers and individual contributors in technical roles that build capability and strengthen team performance

  • Leverage data and analytics to understand workforce trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform senior technology leader decisions
  • Ensure a seamless employee experience across HR programs and processes, maintaining consistency with Happen Bank policies, systems, and values
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across HR functional areas, contributing to the evolution of our people practices and building new approaches where existing ones fall short

  • Untracked vacation for salaried employees, which means take it when you need it, and generous paid time off for hourly team members
  • A hybrid work model that balances in-office and work from home
  • Leading health and safety protocols related to COVID, including complimentary at-home testing kits from Cue Health for those coming to the office
  • Up to 16 weeks paid leave for new parents, plus a fully paid, phased return-to-work policy for qualified leaves
  • Mothers Rooms and hospital-grade pumps in every LC office
  • Generous and varied mental health benefits
  • Wellness program with cash incentives - earn up to $75 per month for being active
  • Paid volunteer time and donation matching
  • Onsite gym, locker room, bike room, and fitness classes (depending on location)
  • Café with our own in-house barista
  • Stocked pantries with healthy snacks and drinks
  • Technology-forward and collaborative office spaces
