ShipCalm is seeking a senior engineering leader to own technical direction, drive integration strategy, and connect architecture to business results. You will guide a hands-on team, balance strategy with execution, and help scale operations in a dynamic logistics tech environment.

The role emphasizes TypeScript and NodeJS proficiency, strong data analytics with SQL, and experience with OMS/WMS/TMS. You will work cross-functionally to optimize throughput and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on software engineering, integrations, and operations.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience with complex distributed systems and 3rd-party integrations.
• Warehousing, logistics or e-commerce domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit and map the current tech stack and end-to-end value streams within 30–60 days.
• Lead weekly product/engineering discussions and drive alignment with leadership.
• Maintain platform health, monitor systems, and enforce SLAs for uptime.
