Job summary

Stord is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical anchor for a high‑impact team focused on OMS, TMS, WMS, and CX platforms. You’ll drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and raise the bar for quality across the stack.

You’ll contribute to scalable architectures and real‑time systems, collaborate with product and design, and own critical components, delivering reliable, secure software for a rapidly growing supply chain platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with modern web development focus.
• Proven track record leading delivery on complex distributed systems.
• Experience as tech lead or similar role driving technical direction.
• Strong understanding of full-stack design and scalable systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Experience building complex web apps and large datasets.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with high-performance, scalable web apps.
