Job summary

Ramp seeks a Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts focusing on Microsoft Dynamics F&O. You will serve as the technical and financial SME, designing scalable solutions that address customer needs through F&O integrations, and partner with Post-Sales teams to drive roadmap alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar.
3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financials modules and enterprise deployment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Microsoft F&O, guiding complex multi-entity, multi-ERP environments.
Advise on non-standard F&O implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with platform scalability.
Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable F&O solutions.
Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and accelerate value realization.
Troubleshoot Dynamics F&O integration blockers and guide customers through configuration decisions.
Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling F&O feedback to Product and Engineering.
