Job summary

PIN-UP Global seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to elicit, structure, and document high-quality requirements for complex projects. You will draft BRDs and breakdown work into Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment with SDLC and Agile processes and a strong focus on delivering measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting, structuring and documenting detailed requirements.
• Ability to draft BRDs and split them into backlog items (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Strong communication with business and tech teams; focus on value and KPIs.
