Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own requirements end to end and serve as a trusted liaison between business and IT. You will document system interactions, data flows, and integrations for large-scale enterprise applications, guiding workshops, UAT, and artifacts through the software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, QA, and sponsors, translating business needs into actionable specs and tests in an Agile/hybrid environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation supporting software development.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques such as workshops, use cases, user stories, and process analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Proven experience translating business needs into system requirements and specifications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and data analysis (SQL knowledge a plus).
• Good understanding of large-scale enterprise applications and processes.

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst.

Do you have experience owning requirements end to end, acting as a trusted liaison between business and IT, and applying technical acumen to document system interactions and data flows?

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be a key member of the business analysis team, partnering closely with stakeholders, software engineers, QA teams, and business sponsors to gather, develop, and interpret requirements for large-scale enterprise applications. You will facilitate meetings, conduct requirements workshops, and support the entire software development lifecycle. This role involves translating business needs into detailed system requirements, documenting workflows, and helping ensure solutions align with business goals. As a senior analyst, you will also participate in testing phases, facilitate user acceptance testing, and provide updates and presentations to various audiences. This contract position enables you to impact significant initiatives centered on future concepts, products, or technologies.
