Job summary

PIN-UP Global seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to elicit, structure, and document high-quality requirements for complex projects. You will draft BRDs and breakdown work into Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment with SDLC and Agile processes and a strong focus on delivering measurable KPIs.

Job description

Exceptional core Business Analysis skills with a proven track record of eliciting, structuring, and writing clear, high-quality technical and functional requirements.
Previous experience working in complicated, dynamic environments with a high level of uncertainty and complex cross-unit dependencies.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience drafting BRDs and decomposing them into backlog items — Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Solid knowledge of BPMN, UML, and system/block diagrams.
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders in terms of value and KPIs, and with tech teams on a technical level.
Strong ability to break down complex business logic into actionable development tasks.
