Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects
• Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture
• Strong presentation skills; able to defend a point of view to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented; able to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to develop materials for varied audiences
• Excellent listener and ability to communicate with people in diverse roles
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Resourceful and innovative thinker with problem-solving abilities
• Strong experience in integration concepts, designs and patterns

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Identify and manage risk areas and drive issues to resolution
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and partners
• Review project direction and ensure maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
• Advise on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform
• Contribute to program vision and strategize deployment of enterprise apps on Salesforce Platform
