Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect within the Professional Services organization to serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert for our enterprise customers.

You will lead high-impact engagements, guide clients in adopting emerging technologies, and collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and client teams to architect scalable, maintainable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects.
• Strong design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Excellent presentation skills to defend viewpoints to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with ability to rapidly learn new concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to develop audience-appropriate materials.
• Great listener with ability to communicate across roles.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Resourceful, innovative thinker able to solve complex problems.
• Experience with integration concepts, designs and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the client.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
• Contribute to program vision and advise on enabling technologies including Salesforce Platform.
• Identify and manage risk areas; ensure issues are resolved.
• Review and correct project direction, approach, and artifacts to keep programs on track.
• Work closely with delivery teams to maintain scalable, maintainable solutions.
