Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience (10+ years for Director level)
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects (Director level: 2-5 years of direct people management)
• Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture expertise
• Strong presentation and communication skills—able to present to C-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Agile methodology fluency and collaborative leadership style

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce platform expert to C-level stakeholders at high-profile enterprise clients
• Architect multi-cloud technology solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains
• Guide and lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers; Director-level may manage people
• Facilitate executive workshops, drive program governance, and manage partner/customer negotiations
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas, seeing issues through to resolution
• Review and correct project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track
• Guide customers in adopting emerging technologies that drive business value
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and share best practices
