Job summary

Lambda is building a senior Tech Alliance Partner Manager role to grow the technology partner ecosystem that powers Lambda's AI cloud platform. You will own strategy, partner segmentation, and the end-to-end programs that convert partnerships into customer value.

You will recruit and onboard partners, design repeatable programs, drive integrations and roadmaps with product and engineering, and shape the commercial model for each collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology or ecosystem partnerships in B2B tech.
• Proven track record building revenue-generating partner ecosystems.
• Designed partner programs or frameworks.
• Technical depth to engage engineers and executives.
• Drive joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Negotiate complex partnership agreements end-to-end.
• Operate credibly with startups and enterprises in multi-party deals.
• Capable of moving fast without a fixed playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own Lambda's technology partner strategy and segmentation.
• Recruit and onboard technology partners and ISVs.
• Design partner programs, playbooks, and enablement.
• Define integrations and prioritized partner roadmap with product/engineering.
• Shape the commercial model for each partner (co-sell, co-build, resale, referral).
• Lead joint go-to-market with Sales and partners.
• Define success metrics and own outcomes for the program.
• Represent Lambda to partners and participate in events and boards.
