Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management/director roles in PR/marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of editorial and social media storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day lead contact for clients and drive strategy.
• Develop integrated communications programs across channels.
• Identify client needs and align with agency offerings.
• Manage account teams and budgets, track KPIs.
• Lead growth opportunities and contribute to RFPs and pitches.
