Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to provide tax and consulting services to business clients with pass-through entities and their owners in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on planning, preparation, research, and strong client relationship management.

Candidate will supervise teams, review work, and ensure timely billing and adherence to tax standards. A CPA/EA or equivalent certification is expected along with significant tax experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, etc.
• Master's degree in Accounting/Taxation preferred.
• CPA/EA or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tax planning, preparation and research for pass-through entities and owners’ returns.
• Manage client engagements, supervise staff and partner with clients and managers.
• Contribute to client satisfaction with timely service and work product.
• Ensure compliance with authorities while minimizing tax.
