Qualifications

• Five plus years of public accounting experience in tax/consulting for pass-through clients.
• CPA certification required.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs tax planning, preparation and research for Pass-Through business.
• Manages client engagements and supervises team staff.
• Develops tax strategies and responses to IRS inquiries.
• Ensures timely billing and collection of A/R.
• Maintains client relationships and delivers high-quality work.
