Proven Recruiting, Inc. is partnering with a fast-growing company in Arlington to hire a Senior Tax Manager. This role leads the tax provision and compliance process and partners across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and Legal to influence strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of progressive tax experience, CPA preferred, and strong ASC 740 expertise. The position offers a competitive compensation package with bonus potential and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience including compliance, provision and planning.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong ASC 740 experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions in line with ASC 740.
• Support federal, state, and local tax compliance filings.
• Identify and evaluate tax planning opportunities to improve efficiency across the organization.
• Serve as a strategic tax advisor to leadership on transactions and organizational changes.
• Lead and develop the tax team.
