Job summary

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required, along with strong MS Office and communication tool experience. Standard hours are 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Behavioral Science.
• Experience with MS Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building diverse candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume recruitment positions.
• Engage in advanced sourcing techniques leveraging web-based and grass-roots recruitment methods.
• Support recruiting teams and targeted recruitment initiatives.
