Job summary

Haalufa USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist for the DMV Area (DC, MD, VA). The role focuses on building diverse candidate pipelines and sourcing through both traditional and grass-roots methods, including job fairs and information sessions. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required, along with strong MS Office and communication tool experience. Standard hours are 8:30 a.m.

Haalufa USA, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented professional to fill a Sourcing Specialist Position in the DMV Area – District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Daily tasks include:

• Develop and sustain qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume constant recruitment positions. Engage in advanced sourcing techniques leveraging both web-based and_ grass-roots recruitment methods.
• Sourcing activities include, but are not limited to job fairs, invitationals, career information sessions, presentations, etc. Support recruiting teams, individual recruiters and/or targeted recruitment initiatives.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Behavioral Science.

Work Experience:

• Mid-Level, seven (7) years of compensation experience as a compensation administrator, manager or analyst.
• Experience with: Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Communication Tool: Slack or Teams.

About this position – Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
