Haalufa USA, Inc. seeks a PeopleSoft HCM Administrator to manage Absence Management and Time & Labor within the DMV area (DC, MD, VA). The role requires at least four years in systems analysis and PeopleSoft experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Four (4) years of experience in systems analysis and programming in a web application environment or PeopleSoft environment.

Responsabilités

• Configure Absence Management, absence calendars, entitlements and Time and Labor settings to align with Authority business processes.
• Assist in researching and analyzing operational activities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimize resource management.
