Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or four years of equivalent experience with a High School Diploma or GED are required.
• Healthcare Recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand and anticipate hiring needs and identify recruiting solutions.
• Manage the recruitment process for all open positions in assigned units with proactive sourcing for diverse, high-value candidates.
• Lead projects, screen, interview and test candidates and address high volumes or hard-to-fill roles.
