Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or four years with a HS diploma/GED is required.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate the overall recruitment strategy, including screening, interviewing, and testing.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand and anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify strategic recruiting solutions.
• Develop recruitment plans and projects to address high-volume or hard-to-fill positions
