FNS, Inc. in California is seeking a part-time Talent Sourcing Recruiter to build and maintain candidate pipelines across U.S. locations.

You will proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, Greenhouse, and networks, conduct screenings, and coordinate with Regional HR and hiring managers to fill urgent openings. Strong English communication, 1 year in recruiting, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or candidate sourcing experience.
• Hands-on experience reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, or other channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Greenhouse database, professional networks, employee referrals, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for priority, recurring, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate networks across business functions and markets, including bilingual talent when needed.
• Research new sourcing channels and recruiting methods to expand candidate pools.
• Support sourcing for corporate, logistics, warehouse, transportation, operations, and other functions.
