Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Talent Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Greenhouse, and referrals. You will build pipelines for priority roles across multiple U.S.

locations and screen candidates to present concise summaries to Regional HR and hiring managers. This role requires at least 1 year in recruiting or sourcing, strong English communication, and excellent organization to manage several requisitions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to quickly understand different positions and requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and multi‑requisition management.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Greenhouse and referrals.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for priority roles across US locations.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings when needed.
• Coordinate with Regional HR and hiring managers for urgent needs.
• Maintain timely follow-up and provide candidate summaries.
