Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support U.S. recruiting across multiple locations. The role emphasizes hands-on sourcing, screening, and building qualified candidate pipelines, including Korean-English bilingual candidates when needed.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Regional HR, and hiring managers to understand priorities and deliver timely qualified candidates while managing multiple open requisitions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or candidate sourcing experience.
• Hands-on experience reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates and provide concise summaries to Regional HR and hiring managers.
