• Experience recruiting for field, service, and labor positions.

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities.
• Selects and directly sources, interviews, qualifies, negotiates offers and hires candidates.
• Maintains candidate workflows and metrics in the ATS.
• Advocates for compliance with EEO, ADA, OFCCP and related laws.
• Partners with business leaders to solve talent opportunities and align with business goals.
• Drives continuous improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.
