Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting for field, service, and labor positions.
• Knowledge of EEO/ADA/OFCCP and HR practices (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities.
• Sources, interviews, negotiates offers and hires to fill open requisitions.
• Maintains candidate data in the ATS and tracks workflows.
• Partners with business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to meet talent needs.
• Drives continuous improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
