Job summary

Adelphoi is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build partnerships with colleges and community groups, and manage end-to-end candidate workflows. You will schedule interviews, perform background checks, and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with HR and operations teams.

The role emphasizes long-term relationship building, compliance, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes to support staffing needs across programs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to design recruiting campaigns across multiple business cycles.
• Experience collaborating with operations and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify applicants to maintain staffing levels as part of a talent supply chain.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, community groups, and other sources.
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial background screening.
• Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and onboarding with HR.
• Maintain administrative records tracking candidate status and support retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment processes.
