Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Talent Pipeline Recruiter in the Charlotte area to lead strategic sourcing for critical and future workforce needs. You will use advanced techniques and market insights to build proactive pipelines and advise hiring leaders on talent availability and competitive landscapes.

You will collaborate with Corporate Recruiters and hiring managers, drive data-driven improvements, and deploy full-cycle recruiting for priority roles when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of talent sourcing, corporate recruiting, or HR experience.
• Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Experience filling high-priority or hard-to-fill roles under tight timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems to manage pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future workforce needs.
• Identify, research, and engage potential candidates using advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean and X-ray searches, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and other tools.
• Analyze labor market trends, competitor insights, and candidate expectations to inform recruiting strategies.
• Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, competitive landscapes, and attraction challenges.
• Leverage data, market insights, and metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve outcomes.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop candidate pipelines and coordinate outreach.
• Maintain sourcing databases and talent communities for future hiring needs.
• Re-engage past applicants and passive candidates regarding opportunities and referral programs.
