Job summary

Busey Bank is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter and Branding Partner who identifies and engages top talent by crafting innovative sourcing strategies that appeal to passive candidates. This role builds strong candidate pipelines and helps shape an authentic employer narrative across markets.

You will work cross-functionally with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to increase talent attraction, engagement and differentiation in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Experience using ATS, CRM and recruiting platforms; Workday preferred.
• Strong relationship building and sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving to address hiring challenges.
• Self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Team and hiring managers on requirements.
• Source talent through diverse channels including LinkedIn, email, and networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles for fit and potential.
• Maintain accurate candidate records across databases.
• Develop and manage employment brand strategies and social media presence.
• Provide training to hiring managers on LinkedIn Recruiter usage.
• Monitor performance metrics of sourcing tools.
• Maintain relationships with Talent Acquisition to supply qualified candidates.
• Keep talent pools updated with market intelligence.
