• 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting in corporate or agency finance environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Experience speaking with candidates at all seniorities via phone or video.
• Proven project management skills handling complex assignments and multiple searches.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building with expertise in name generation.
• High comfort level with direct sourcing to attract employed candidates.
