You will support global recruitment efforts for Wealth Management and Alternatives Solutions, focusing on Analysts and Associates, and collaborate with senior recruiters on higher-level searches. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate or agency setting, especially in financial services.
• Strong communications skills with ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective candidates at all seniorities via telephone and video.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle complex searches and multiple deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with change and priorities.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with expertise in candidate sourcing.
• High proficiency in direct sourcing and attracting currently employed candidates.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to hire, ensuring a seamless process.
