• Proven project and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source talent through creative outreach across platforms and networks.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to hire.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and key stakeholders on searches.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Educate candidates on career growth, compensation philosophy, and benefits.
• Facilitate offers and compensation discussions with managers and candidates.
• Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
