ACL Digital is seeking a Sr. Talent Sourcer for semiconductor/hardware engineering in Austin, TX. This onsite role focuses on proactively mapping talent, building pipelines for GPU/SoC roles, and converting senior passive candidates in a competitive market.

The candidate will master Boolean search, talent mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to refine searches and share real-time market insights.

Formación

5+ years in recruiting/sourcing with 2+ years in semiconductor R&D or hardware engineering.
Domain focus includes GPU, SoC, Architecture, RTL, DV or Physical Design.
Proficient in Boolean search, talent mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Strong market insight into the semiconductor talent landscape and competitors.
Excellent communication, influencing ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Build candidate pipelines across GPU, CPU, NPU, RTL, DV, and Physical Design.
Utilize Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intel to engage passive talent.
Enhance employer branding through compelling outreach and recruitment marketing.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and share market insights.
