Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting/sourcing with 2+ years in semiconductor R&D or hardware engineering.
• Domain focus includes GPU, SoC, Architecture, RTL, DV or Physical Design.
• Proficient in Boolean search, talent mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Strong market insight into the semiconductor talent landscape and competitors.
• Excellent communication, influencing ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $55.00/hr on W2

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top-tier engineering talent across GPU and SoC development domains. You will drive proactive talent mapping, build pipelines for complex silicon engineering roles, and convert senior passive candidates in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: Build candidate pipelines across GPU, CPU, NPU, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Performance/Power, and Architecture.
• Passive Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence to engage passive talent.
• Employer Branding: Position company opportunities through compelling outreach and recruitment marketing.
• Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and provide real-time market insights.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in recruiting/sourcing, with 2+ years specifically supporting semiconductor R&D or hardware engineering.
