Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex semiconductor roles across GPU, SoC, CPU/NPU, RTL, and related disciplines.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and compelling opportunity positioning.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Track pipeline metrics and adapt tactics to improve engagement and outcomes.
